Rick Ross Car Show 2024

This past weekend, June 1st, we had the pleasure of attending the 3rd annual Rick Ross Car show at “The Promiseland”. Since 2022, Ross has been opening his 322-acre Fayetteville, Ga mansion to car enthusiasts worldwide. He coordinates the event with his longtime friend, 57 Freddy. We have covered every car show from the start, and this year was just as impressive.

We secured early bird tickets for $125, though they normally cost $250. The event runs from 11am-6pm. This year, we decided to arrive at 2pm, which wasn’t a good idea. By then, the traffic and lines were overwhelming. So, our one piece of advice would be to GET THERE EARLY!!! With your ticket, you’re assigned to a specific parking deck where you register, receive your wristbands & are shuttled to what Ross dubs “Candyland”.

As you arrive, you’re greeted by massive gates embellished with Rozay’s double R emblem in gold, lion statues, and towering grass giraffes, setting the stage before you even see the iconic Promiseland sign. It feels like stepping into Hollywood. Immediately, you’re enveloped in the action & aromas from food vendors like Bun Bs Trill Burgers & Trick Daddys Sundays Eatery. As you navigate the crowds, you’ll encounter a variety of vehicles. From Donks to Hot Rods, you name it, they got it. For those who smoke, the event is 420 friendly, with vendors offering edibles and THC-infused lemonades. Also, don’t be surprised if you casually run into celebrities. They’re everywhere!

The mansion itself is reserved for VIPs, but the view is still impressive. Making your way to the stage, you’ll find Ross with DJ Sam Sneak and his entourage. This year’s lineup included performances by The Boss himself, Young Breed, Quavo & 305 legend JT Money, among others. Even though you’re in Ga, it’s a 305 vibe all the way. The event concludes with Ross and 57 Freddy presenting an iced-out Chevy key pendant award to five winners in categories such as Donk of the Year. Straight up boss shit! If you haven’t been, make sure you don’t miss out on next year’s trip to “The Promiseland”.
